Businesses sustain and change society. Profit-only businesses can be damaging. The financial crisis showed them also to be vulnerable. We need environment-friendly businesses which benefit the wider community as well as make profits. Leaven aims to do just that, and to encourage others too.

- Jennifer Bowles BSc (1st class) Co-Founder Climate Stewards. Director but not currently involved in projects.
